TAM means "exact" in turkish , or "exactly" depends on the use...there's TAMAM which means "ok"...RUUD, doesn't exist as a word in turkish...
TAM can also mean "complete" in fact... again depends on the use...Just made a search on google, there is :TAM : Trafik araþtýrma merkezi müdürlügü : something like "directionof the center of researchs on traffic" (traffic as in traffic jam)
